Pine Creek Rail Trail Bridge Trailhead
This trailhead provides direct access to the Pine Creek Rail Trail, a 62-mile converted railroad grade that follows Pine Creek through Pennsylvania’s Grand Canyon. The parking area accommodates about 15 vehicles and includes basic facilities. The trail surface is crushed limestone, suitable for any vehicle to reach, with spectacular gorge views and multiple bridge crossings.
Located along PA Route 414, the trailhead is well-marked and accessible year-round. The rail trail connects to the West Rim Trail system for those wanting technical single-track options. No water available at the trailhead itself, but Pine Creek flows just below the bridge crossing.
