Husky Station — Clinton BC Highway 97
Clinton is a small ranching and highway town at the split of Highways 97 and 99, and this Husky station is the last realistic fuel point before you swing west onto the Marble Range FSR, Potato Hills, or any of the Bridge River country routes. Diesel and regular available, basic snacks and drinks inside. It’s not glamorous — it’s a one-pump-island highway stop in a town of a few hundred — but it’s dependable and staffed. Top off here every single time you pass through; the next reliable pump is a long haul in any direction once you leave pavement.
Clinton sits at roughly 900 m elevation and the surrounding country is open range — watch for cattle on roads morning and evening. Cell service is decent in town on most carriers. The highway junction also gives you your last real decision point on routing north toward 100 Mile House or west toward Gold Bridge and the Chilcotin.
Last reliable diesel before the Marble Range FSR.
