Gusinje Mountain Spring
Crystal-clear mountain spring emerging from limestone karst about 2km above Gusinje village. The water flows year-round from a stone-lined collection point that’s been maintained by locals for generations. Taste is excellent — this is the water the village has relied on for drinking and livestock. Easy access with a short walk from where you can park your rig on the dirt track.
Follow the unmarked road northeast from Gusinje center, bearing right at the obvious fork. Spring is marked by a small stone structure and metal pipe. Water flow is strongest in spring and early summer but never fails completely. No treatment facilities or testing, but it’s been the local source for decades.
