Forks — Pacific Pride and Town Resupply
Forks is the hub town for the west side of the Olympic Peninsula, and if you’re running FS Road 2140, the Hoh corridor, or pushing up toward Mora and Rialto Beach, this is your last real stop. Diesel is available in town, there’s a full grocery (Thriftway), a hardware store, and the kind of small-town infrastructure that actually matters when something breaks. The Olympic Peninsula’s logging road network fans out from here in every direction — fuel up before you go.
Town sits on US-101 and is straightforward to navigate. Cell service is workable in town but drops fast once you turn off the highway. Note that Olympic National Park roads and FS roads in this area can change condition rapidly in the rainy season — November through April expect deep mud and possible closures on unimproved surfaces. Verify road status with the Olympic National Forest Forks office before committing to backcountry routes.
Last diesel before the Olympic FS roads.
