Marble Canyon Provincial Park Campground
Marble Canyon Provincial Park sits on Highway 99 between Cache Creek and Lillooet, carved by the same geology that makes this corner of BC look more like the American Southwest than the Pacific Northwest. The campground hugs the canyon bottom near the emerald-green Pavilion Lake system. Sites are back-in pull-throughs and flat pads — nothing fancy, but the scenery does the heavy lifting. Facilities include pit toilets, fire rings, and picnic tables. Popular with families in July-August but quieter in shoulder season.
Direct access off Highway 99 makes this a rare find: genuinely beautiful provincial camp that any rig can reach on pavement. It works as a staging base before turning onto Cayoosh Creek FSR or the Hat Creek Valley roads. Reservations are available through Discover Camping BC and recommended for long weekends. No drinking water on-site — tank up in Lillooet or Cache Creek before arrival. Stay limit is 14 days.
Canyon-bottom camp with SW vibes in BC's dry belt.
