Access via Forest Road 123 is rough but manageable for stock vehicles when dry—avoid during spring snowmelt or after heavy rains when the clay sections become impassable. The road connects to the broader Paiute Trail network, so expect ATV traffic on weekends. No facilities, and the area typically becomes inaccessible by early November due to snow.
