Lincoln Trail State Park Well
Old-school hand pump well located near the main picnic shelter at Lincoln Trail State Park. Water tests clean and flows year-round, though you’ll work for it with the manual pump. Popular with campers and day users, but rarely busy enough to create a wait. Picnic tables and restrooms nearby if you need to stage gear or take a break.
Park entrance is off paved county roads, well is maybe 200 yards from parking on flat ground. Pump handle can be stiff — bring work gloves. Water tastes fine but some folks prefer to filter anyway. No camping at this park, but several private campgrounds within 10 miles.
