Cascadas de Agua Azul Trailhead
The main parking and trail access for the stepped limestone pools and waterfalls that give this place its name. Series of blue-green cascades connected by wooden walkways and stairs – plan 2-3 hours for the full loop. Swimming allowed in designated areas, though water levels vary seasonally. Gets packed with tour groups between 10am-3pm.
Parking area handles big rigs fine, though it fills up fast on weekends and holidays. Small entrance fee collected at the gate. Trail is mostly stairs and walkways but can be slippery when wet. Best visited early morning or late afternoon for photos and crowds.
