Goblin Valley State Park Campground

Established Campground

Twenty-four sites sit on a mesa overlooking the famous Goblin Valley hoodoos — thousands of red sandstone formations that look like little people frozen in stone. The campground offers stunning sunrise views and direct access to the valley floor for exploring the goblins up close. Sites have shade structures but little natural cover in this high desert setting.

The access road is paved all the way, making this accessible to any vehicle. Spring and fall are prime seasons when temperatures are comfortable for hiking among the formations. Summer can be brutally hot, while winter brings possible snow and cold nights.
