Indian Creek Recreation Area Campground

Established Campground

Seventeen sites scattered through mature pines along the west shore of Toledo Bend Reservoir, Louisiana’s largest lake. Most sites can handle medium-sized rigs, with picnic tables, fire rings, and decent spacing. The swimming beach and boat ramp make it popular with locals on weekends, but weekdays are usually quiet. Sites 8-12 have the best lake views and catch evening breezes.

The campground sits 12 miles south of Many via paved roads, making it an ideal base camp for exploring the Sabine River Sand Hills OHV area. Water and flush toilets are available, but no hookups or dump station. Fills up during fishing tournaments and summer weekends — midweek arrival recommended.
