Natural Bridge State Park Swimming Hole
Deep, cold pool carved by Cedar Creek beneath the 215-foot Natural Bridge formation. Water stays around 60°F even in summer — refreshing but brief dips are the norm. Rocky bottom with good footing, surrounded by towering limestone walls and old-growth hemlocks.
Access via easy 0.3-mile trail from the main parking area. Park entry fee required. Gets crowded on weekends and holidays, but early morning or evening visits are peaceful. No lifeguards — swim at your own risk. Water levels drop significantly in drought years.
