Mono Hot Springs Resort and Campground
Mono Hot Springs sits at 7,400 feet in the Sierra National Forest, offering a unique combination of natural hot springs, established camping, and wilderness access. Access requires 18 miles of narrow, winding mountain road from Highway 168 — high-clearance recommended but not required. Open seasonally from late May through October, weather permitting. The springs maintain a steady 103°F year-round. Cell service is nonexistent, and the nearest fuel is back in Bishop. Reservations strongly recommended for summer weekends.
