Clear Creek State Park Campground
Clear Creek offers 53 sites along Clear Creek in heavily forested terrain, with 27 primitive sites ideal for overlanders wanting space and quiet. The primitive loop sits farther from the main road with larger sites that can handle big rigs and gear trailers. Modern facilities include flush toilets and hot showers, plus a camp store open seasonally. Sites fill up during hunting season but stay quiet most of the year.
Located off PA Route 949 about 12 miles northeast of Brookville, the park provides excellent access to Cook Forest State Park and surrounding state forest roads. The entrance road has a few tight turns but handles any size rig. Open April through mid-December with water shut-offs in winter.
