Los Cerritos offers one of Baja’s most accessible surf breaks with gentle, forgiving waves perfect for beginners and longboarders. The wide sandy beach allows dispersed camping right on the shore, though it can get crowded with surfers and day visitors. A handful of palapa restaurants serve fresh seafood and cold beer. Access is via a paved road off Highway 19, about 10 minutes south of Todos Santos. The beach faces southwest and catches consistent swells year-round. Peak surf season runs March through September. Can be windy in afternoons. No freshwater available on the beach.
