Gemini Bridges Overlook

Point of Interest

Two massive natural stone arches span a deep canyon, creating one of Utah’s most photographed geological features. The overlook sits at the end of a 13-mile dirt road that winds through slickrock and juniper country, offering commanding views of the Moab valley and distant La Sal Mountains. The actual bridges are best viewed from the rim trail that drops down toward the formations.

Access requires high-clearance 4WD for the final miles, though the road is well-maintained by BLM standards. Spring and fall offer the best lighting for photography. No facilities at the overlook, but plenty of space to turn around larger rigs. The trail continues past the overlook for those wanting to explore further into the backcountry.
