Titus Canyon Narrows
This one-way canyon drive starts wide and gradually narrows until you’re threading between limestone walls that barely clear your mirrors. The narrows section is about a quarter-mile long, with walls towering 100 feet overhead and only 10-15 feet apart at the narrowest point. Petroglyphs mark the entrance, and ghost town ruins of Leadfield sit at the far end.
The 27-mile route is one-way only, starting from Beatty and ending at Highway 374. High-clearance 4WD required due to rocky washes and occasional flash flood debris. Avoid during monsoon season — flash floods can trap vehicles. No cell service once you’re in the canyon proper.
