Littleton Food Co-op

This member-owned cooperative sits right on Main Street in downtown Littleton, serving as a reliable resupply point for overlanders heading into Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom or New Hampshire’s White Mountains. The co-op stocks organic produce, bulk bins for trail snacks, local maple syrup, and a solid deli counter for road food. It’s particularly strong on natural and organic options that you won’t find at typical rural grocery stores.

Open seven days a week with decent parking behind the building. The co-op has been community-owned since 1976 and maintains that small-town vibe where staff actually know the inventory. Good spot to grab provisions before hitting the remote sections of the Connecticut River Timber Road or Black River Road circuits.
