Camping Vransko Jezero

This small lakeside campground sits on the shores of Lake Vrana, the largest freshwater lake in Croatia. Run by a local family, it offers basic but clean facilities including toilets, showers, and electrical hookups. The lake’s crystal-clear water makes for excellent swimming and kayaking, and the camp rents small boats. Sites are grassy with some shade from oak trees, and the atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly.

Access is via a well-maintained gravel road from the main island highway. The camp operates April through October, with peak season in July and August when advance booking is essential. No reservations needed outside summer months.
