Bald Eagle State Park Campground
This 100-site developed campground sits on the shores of Foster Joseph Sayers Lake, offering a mix of electric and non-electric sites with lake views. Popular with RVers and car campers, it gets busy on summer weekends but maintains a quieter vibe weekdays. Sites are level with good separation, fire rings, and picnic tables. Clean restrooms with showers and a camp store for basics.
Access is straightforward off PA Route 150 with no clearance issues. Open year-round though water may be shut off in winter. The campground serves as a solid base for exploring nearby Bald Eagle State Forest roads and makes a convenient overnight between trail systems in central Pennsylvania.
