Puente de Dios Natural Bridge Rioverde
Puente de Dios (Bridge of God) is a 60-meter natural limestone bridge carved by the Rioverde River over thousands of years. The arch creates a semi-underground chamber with brilliant turquoise water pools perfect for swimming and cliff jumping from 3-8 meter platforms. Light filters through the opening creating an otherworldly cathedral effect. Local guides offer rappelling and cave exploration into connected cavern systems.
Located 35km from Rioverde city via mostly paved roads with the final 2km on rough dirt requiring high clearance. Entry fee includes basic facilities and local guide services. Can get very crowded on weekends and holidays. Water temperature stays cool year-round making it perfect for hot desert days.
