Timber Creek Roadhouse
This classic Territory roadhouse sits at the junction of the Victoria Highway and Buchanan Highway, serving as the final fuel stop before the long run north to Kalkarindji or west toward the Kimberley. Diesel, unleaded, and basic supplies available, plus they’ll usually let you camp out back for a reasonable fee. The pub serves decent counter meals and ice-cold Victoria Bitter.
Roadhouse can get busy with road trains and grey nomads, especially during dry season. Fuel prices reflect the remote location but it’s your last chance for 200+ kilometers. Staff are switched-on about road conditions and can provide intel on Buchanan Highway washouts or Tanami Track conditions.
