Barney Brothers Off Road & Repair — Grand Junction Western Slope 4×4 Parts, Lift and Recovery Shop
Barney Brothers Off Road & Repair has been working out of 2394 Highway 6 & 50 in Grand Junction since 2003. It’s a family outfit, and the brothers grew up wheeling Colorado. They sell and install suspension lifts, wheels and tires, bumpers, body armor, lighting, winches and recovery gear, and they also run a full repair shop with ASE-certified techs. That matters when something snaps on the way to or from the Uncompahgre Plateau, Rattlesnake Canyon or the Fruita and Moab corridor.
Grand Junction is the big resupply node between the Front Range and southeast Utah, so this is a solid stop for a spare part, a tire or a straight answer on local trail conditions. Their site says they’re glad to share local trail info along with parts. Hours have been weekdays, 8 to 5, but verify ahead, because small-shop hours drift and big installs need booking. Don’t expect weekend walk-in service.
