Main Line Overland — West Chester Pennsylvania Full-Service 4×4 and Expedition Build Shop

Main Line Overland (MLO) is the real deal for the Mid-Atlantic region — a full-service 4×4 and expedition vehicle outfitter operating out of a proper shop at 917 Old Fern Hill Road in West Chester. They run five lift bays including high-capacity lifts for heavy rigs, Hunter laser alignment, and touchless tire mounting. Services range from basic maintenance to full round-the-world expedition outfitting — suspension, armor, roof racks, rooftop tents, van builds, flatbeds, and bespoke fabrication. Tacomas, 4Runners, Land Cruisers, Sprinters, and Jeeps all come through the bays.

MLO also has locations in Bow, NH and Charlotte, NC. The West Chester shop hours run Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (showroom), with service bays opening at 7am. Weekend visits by appointment only. Call ahead for any major build or install — walk-ins for quick consults are hit or miss.
