Goulding’s Lodge and Trading Post

Goulding’s sits at the entrance to Monument Valley Tribal Park, offering fuel, a well-stocked convenience store, and emergency supplies for the long haul between towns. The original 1920s trading post now houses a museum, while modern facilities include clean restrooms, propane, basic automotive fluids, and trail snacks. Diesel and gasoline pumps can handle big rigs, and staff know the local trail conditions.

Located right off US-163, this is your last reliable fuel before heading deep into the Four Corners backcountry. The lodge restaurant serves solid meals, and the campground offers hookups if you need to resupply or wait out weather. Can get busy with tour groups during peak season, but fuel availability is consistent year-round.
