Rabun Beach Campground
Small Army Corps campground tucked into a cove on Lake Rabun, offering 82 sites with about half having lake views. The sites right on the water are gold — wake up to mist rising off the lake with the Blue Ridge Mountains reflected in still water. Basic amenities include restrooms, showers, and a boat ramp. No hookups, but sites are spacious enough for larger rigs.
Access via paved roads but the campground road can be narrow with tight turns. Popular with locals and Atlanta weekenders, especially during summer. Reserve lakefront sites well ahead. Good base camp for exploring nearby Tallulah Gorge, Rabun Bald trails, and the scenic Chattooga River corridor.
