Nene Overland — Ailsworth Peterborough Land Rover Specialist and Expedition Build House

Nene Overland works out of Manor Farm at Ailsworth, just outside Peterborough. They’ve been at it since 1988 and are known as a Land Rover Defender specialist. They do servicing, mechanical work, fabrication, rustproofing and tyre fitment, with parts available through the same shop. Their expedition side designs and builds vehicles for far-off destinations and supplies the kit that goes with them, on Land Rover, Toyota or Jeep platforms. Think of it as a good stop if you’re prepping a rig to ship out for Morocco, Africa or the Pan-American, or if you just need a specialist who knows an old Defender’s quirks.
